Sanctions for Speeding in a Construction Zone : The fine is double the usual amount.

First offense is 1-10 days in jail and $25-50 fine;
second offense within one year is 5-25 days in jail and $50-$250 fine and license suspension for 6 months (subsequent offense within 1 year is 25 days, 6 months in jail and $250-$1000 fine);
3rd offense within one year is license suspension for one year.
