provides sound through one ear and allows
surrounding sound to be heard with the other
ear.
State law prohibits local jurisdictions from
enacting restrictions on use in motor vehicles.

Sanctions for School and Construction Zones
Sanctions for Speeding in a Construction Zone :
For exceeding the speed limit in a construction
zone (except for speeds less than 5 MPH over
the posted limit where only a warning is
issued), the fine is double the amount in the
fine schedule.
Note: if a person decides to adjudicate the
speeding offense in a construction zone, the
fine is not more than $1000.
