Up to three points will
be subtracted from driving records every 12
consecutive months a motorist is not convicted of
an offense or suspended.
The period of Driver
License suspension depends on how soon the
violation occurs after restoration.
After completion of a
MVS approved Point Reduction course up to two
points may be subtracted from your point total.
Points recorded against
a licensee shall be reduced at the rate of three
points for each 12 consecutive months in which
the licensee has not committed any violation
either resulting in the assessment of points or
in the suspension of driving privileges.
