The point reduction course in Pennsylvania helps to reduce points accumulated prior to taking the point reduction course. Once a driving record is reduced to zero and remains at zero points for a full year, any accumulation of points is treated as the first accumulation of points.

According to the Pennsylvania three points are removed from a drivers record for every 12 consecutive months a person goes, from the date of last violation, without a violation which results in points, license suspension or revocation.

 

Under Pennsylvania driving law, the first suspension will be for a period of 90 days. Any additional occurrences will result in a suspension of 120 days.

In accordance with Pennsylvania driving law, if you are convicted of any one of the following Pennsylvania traffic law violations, your driving privilege will be suspended or revoked.
